tariffs and costs
There are currently 3 standard tariffs available. You can significantly alter the levels of services available on any plan we provide and you should contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
pay per day
This service allows you to have a server created for testing purposes. These are generally created from an existing image you are already running and there is no minimum or maximum service length in this case.
If you need a server for a new build and one of our existing solutions will suffice, then there is a minimum service length of 3 days.
A backup strategy is generally not supplied with this option.
Termination requests take 24 hours to process.
pay per month
This service has no restrictions and based on a calendar month. Any part month will be charged at the lower of a full month cost, or the pro-rata daily rate.
Termination requests will need to be acknowledged 2 weeks prior to termination or a charge for the following month will apply.
monthly contract
If you require a service for known amount of time up front then you can receive substantial savings on the per server costs.
Any initial part month will be charged at the lower of a full month cost, or the pro-rata daily rate.
After the first 6 months of a contract, termination requests will need to be acknowledged 1 calendar month prior to termination. Terminations in the first six months will incur the full 6 month cost. For contracts less that 6 months the entire term will be payable.

setup fees
The following fees are payable per server regardless of which spec server you need.

rental fees for windows based servers
We are in the process of incorporating a windows solution into our offering. There are things that will need clarifying and this option is not quite as straight forward as a nix server, but we will guide you through the process. The costs for a single server are outlined below.

rental fees for SQL server hosting
Along with our windows based offering we are adding SQL server to the mix. 32 bit operating systems are not supported by SQL server, so these options are not available. The costs for a single server running SQL Server are outlined below.

static IP addresses
Static IP addresses can be assigned to servers you rent so that they can be repointed in the event of a failure or a business need. The costs are as follows.

persistent storage
Network Attached Storage can be provided which is persistent through server failure and can be attached to any single instance. The minimum you can attach is 10GB and the maximum is 1TB.

payment terms
All prices are subject to VAT at the UK prevailing rates.
Invoices are issued monthly in arrears and payment must be received as cleared funds within 28 days of an invoice date or a service change may be applied at 10% of the invoice value.
For a multi-server solution, a deposit may be required.
